North America

• United States (US)

Standard shipping available. No major restrictions.

• Canada (CA)

Order Limits: Due to customs regulations, each package can include up to 2 Lucky Spoons or 2 Lucky Drawers.

Recipient Details: Please provide the recipient’s full legal name (no initials or abbreviations). Customs requires this, and incomplete names may cause delays or returns.

Order Frequency: Each recipient may place one order per week.

• Mexico (MX)

Standard shipping available. No major restrictions.

 

Europe

We ship to many countries across Europe, including:

France (FR), United Kingdom (GB), Germany (DE), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Netherlands (NL), Belgium (BE), Austria (AT), Czech Republic (CZ), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Norway (NO), Luxembourg (LU), Cyprus (CY), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Sweden (SE), Denmark (DK), Finland (FI), Estonia (EE), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT).

• General Notes

Some carriers may deliver only to pick-up points or parcel lockers instead of directly to your home.

Please provide complete and accurate contact details, including a phone number, to avoid delivery failures.

• Country-Specific Notes

Poland (PL): Packstation addresses are supported only in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, and Krakow.

Portugal (PT): PO Box addresses are not accepted — please provide a street address.

Switzerland (CH): Please note: if the total value of parcels received by the same recipient in one day is over 62 CHF, Swiss customs will apply VAT and import duties.

Ireland (IE): Each package is limited to a maximum of 2 Lucky Spoons or 2 Lucky Drawers.

 

Asia

Standard Shipping (No Major Restrictions):

Singapore (SG), Malaysia (MY), Philippines (PH), Thailand (TH), Vietnam (VN).

• Japan (JP)

Personal Use Only: Orders must be shipped to personal addresses only(not companies, warehouses, restaurants, or hotels).

Liability: If customs identifies an address as commercial, the package may be seized, and unfortunately any loss would be the recipient’s responsibility.

Recipient Details: Please provide the recipient’s full legal name. Customs does not accept abbreviations or single names, and this may cause clearance delays.

• Israel (IL)

Delivery: Normally delivered to your door.

Requirements: A complete address and valid phone number are required.

Pick-Up Option: If you prefer collection from a pick-up point, please contact us before placing your order.

• United Arab Emirates (AE), Kuwait (KW), Qatar (QA)

Address Type: PO Box addresses are not accepted. Please provide a full street address, as carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes in this region.

Requirements: A complete address and valid phone number are required for successful delivery.

 

Australia & New Zealand

• Australia (AU): Standard shipping available. No major restrictions.
• New Zealand (NZ): Standard shipping available. No major restrictions.

 

Customs and Duties

For U.S. orders, you will not need to pay any additional duties or taxes—we’ve already taken care of the customs fees during shipping.

In most other countries, additional duties or taxes are usually not required. However, if your package is selected for customs inspection (which is rare), any applicable duties or taxes will be the customer’s responsibility.
